30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wellvry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, mouth tape and any opened personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
